Online Resources

The library has many electronic resources and recommendations to enhance learning or provide entertainment.

All Nebraskans are provided free access to several databases, such as NOVELIST (find your next great read) for adults and children, or HERITAGE PLUS (for genealogy research or to look at historical documents). Get to the NebraskAccess database by either of two routes:

  1. Click on Library Catalog, then log in with your library card number and phone number to access these resources.
  2. Go to the  NebraskAccess website.  Then use either the NebraskAccess password provided by your library or your Nebraska driver's license/state id number to log in.  Finally, select the appropriate database set for your age group.

In addition, the Geneva library offers a full text, searchable newspaper database with all FILLMORE COUNTY NEWSPAPERS published between 1872 and 2017. Click on Digital Newspaper Archive to explore this resource.
