Fit for Life
GSC offers a wonderful exercise class that is appropriate for both men and women of all ages, especially for the 50 and older population. Mary Stoner instructs the class to encompasses all aspects of fitness, including aerobics, strength, flexibility, and balance. We spend the majority of time on strength training exercises using body weight, bands, and light weights.
Are you a "beginner" exerciser? No worries; the moves can be modified for any fitness level. Mary is there to ensure you are using the proper technique and getting the most benefit from the program. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:45-9:30 am. Snacks and Refreshments are offered after class.
Fee: $15 per month membership (Includes Gym Membership, Shirts, etc)
