Begin by going to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission's website at www.lcc.ne.gov and filling out an application for special designated license. Send your license application to email@example.com or drop it off at City Hall. It will be completed and returned to you.

The Geneva Log Cabin is a rental facility shared between the City of Geneva and the GFWC Geneva Women's Club. Geneva Public Library manages reservations for this particular facility, which can be made online by following the link below or by speaking with any library staff at 402-759-3416.
The Geneva Log Cabin, located at 1402 E Street in Geneva, offers several tables and folding chairs, a kitchen area with serving window, and restroom. A $50 refundable deposit and a $50 use fee, payable to GFWC Geneva Women's Club, applies to renting this facility.

You will need to fill out an Exception or Variance form and pay a fee. The Planning Commission will need to meet and if they say it is okay then you need to come to a council meeting. click here for the form.
For a Lot Split you need to first fill out a lot split form; with the form it asks for a legal survey to be done on the property in question. After you get the legal survey and the Form filled out please bring it into the city office. Here is a link to get the lot split form.
